The WeWork shared office space at Burrard Street in downtown Vancouver is one of our biggest tenant improvement projects to date. We have also just completed work on their second location at the “Bentall Two” tower.
The WeWork project consisted of a complete plumbing and HVAC tenant improvement of the entire building. This is a state of the art facility and a new concept in shared working spaces. Everything needs to be perfect for this stylish office rental concept and Mainland Plumbing was trusted for this job.
We installed plumbing for kitchens, bars, staff rooms and lavatories. We also helped design and install the HVAC systems to make this one of the most luxurious, functional and cost effective office spaces in the entire city. We also completed many of the gas fitting and appliance / fixture installations. All of of work was focused on creating a desirable and functional space that people are happy and proud to work in.
Our tenant improvement work on this project was so good that we were also the chosen company to undertake their second WeWork Vancouver location.
